$45.00 (cash only). If out-of-state residents apply at
any other courthouse in Tennessee, the cost is $105.00.

Residents of Tennessee: The cost of a
license for Tennessee residents is $45.00 if you complete
a 4-hour marriage counseling
class held by a qualified minister or counselor and you
also present a certificate of completion when you apply
your marriage license. The cost is $105.00 if you don’t
